Taking photos and videos of corals that you suspect are infected with the disease or
already treated can help us distinguish Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease. Entire coral colonies
can be killed within a week to a couple of months and it will spread rapidly across an entire  reef area.
 
1. Snap photos of the tag, the whole coral colony and any
lesions or lines, especially near any nails in the skeleton.

2. Upload the photos in the following form or
send them to sctld@roatanmarinepark.org. The visuals will help us 
determine how the disease is responding to various treatments.
 
3. Revisit that coral in a few weeks if you get a chance!
